How do you ship the orders and in how much time?

EV8 SoCal is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience in the shortest time possible

All sneakers are original, personalized and customized by our team of artists.

Shipping labels are generated via UPS and boxes are typically shipped 6 - 8 weeks after ordering, depending on the shoe model you choose.

As soon as the shipping label is generated, the UPS courier will notify you via email and, subsequently, always via email, you will receive all updates until delivery.

From the moment you receive the tracking number, you can track the package via the UPS website.

Please contact us with any questions or needs, we are always at your complete disposal.

Delivery time

For all orders, shipping times range from 6 - 8 weeks. It may take longer during promotional periods and holidays, but we are generally very careful to meet the communicated timeline.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your label is created and your order is shipped.

Procedure to follow once the delivery is done

When the parcel will be delivered , please check the external conditions of it. In case you will see damages, we suggest you to open the parcel in the presence of the delivery courier (if possible), otherwise sign the receipt “on approval” (subject to checks). Take pictures and record a video once you get the parcel and while you are opening it to prove eventual damages caused by a third part.

 

1/ Purchase of our products and place and order

Through our website is possible to consult our products and purchase them directly online. Each product can be personalised according to your exigencies before adding it into the cart (for example you can decide the height of the heel, or if you like to have your initials impressed, and so on).

After adding your wished products into the cart, you can complete the purchase by clicking the cashier button. In this page you will be asked the information for the invoice and shipping and it will be possible to create automatically an account to have access to your personal page for future purchases.

You can also make a purchase without having an account.

2/ Availability of the products

The wide choice shown on EV8SOCAL.COM indicates the real availability of each item in the different colors and sizes. Once the request has been sent, our orders department will have the right to confirm the validity of the purchase through an e-mail. In the unlikely possibility that the items you order are not available or if for any reason the order can’t be processed, our order department will immediately communicate to the customer.

How can I pay for my order?

By placing an order on EV8SOCAL.COM the customer declares that he has seen the terms and conditions of sale, the methods of payment and the whole procedure for the purchase.

Forms of payment

–  Payment with PayPal or credit card

In order to pay in a quick and secure way, it’s important to digit your email address and the password of your Paypal account and confirm the payment. If you do not have a Paypal account you can pay using your credit card. In this case you just need to click on the option “pay with a card” which you find at the bottom of the login page and then you can select the card you like to use. You will be able then to confirm the payment. The relevant information for making the transaction will be sent to the responsible body (Paypal). These information will not be kept or registrered by the seller (EV8SOCAL.COM).

Please note: for each placed order we will issue an invoice with the amount of the order itself, according to the law ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 e D.Lgs. 52/2004. For this reason we inform you that the personal data will be indicated on the invoice. 

 

How can I return an item?

1/ Information and conditions of withdraw

We specify that any hand-customized product is not subject to return but we are the only company in the world that, exceptionally, takes into consideration the customer's requests in order to satisfy him so that he is always fully satisfied, therefore we are the the only company in the world of handmade customs that carries out refunds and size changes upon your specific request.

All returned items must comply with our returns policy for a refund to be processed:

•⁠ ⁠Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.

•⁠ ⁠Authenticity labels on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not meet the return policy and will not be refunded.

•⁠ ⁠Footwear must be returned in the original box provided and packaged inside a protective shipping box.

•⁠ ⁠Return requests must be sent within 14 days of the delivery date and items must be sent back within 7 days of the request being approved by our team. Items that do not conform or are sent outside of this period are subject to rejection and may be sent back.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or that a fulfillment error has occurred, please contact us via email and our customer service team will assist you immediately.

 

2/ Procedure to operate the right of withdraw

•⁠ ⁠Return the items as described above and within the times indicated
•⁠ ⁠As soon as the goods arrive they will be checked by our team and, if everything is compliant, we will proceed with the refund or size exchange, previously defined, in the same way in which the payment was made by you.

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paperless.

We recommend that you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you can't do this, find a suitable alternative. Make sure any branded boxes or cases that came with your order are also protected inside the return packaging.

If you return your item without protecting the designer boxes or cases that came with your order, you may not receive your refund.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days from the time your return reaches us for us to inspect and authenticate the items and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time.  We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.

WE REMIND ALL OUR CUSTOMERS HOW TO WASH SHOES:

- We use metal components in brass, anti-rust and anti-allergic nickel free, but this does not guarantee the non-appearance of rust if the shoes are left damp or wet. Dry the shoe thoroughly, and with particular care the inside of the shoe, where water could accumulate inside the stud. Use a hairdryer;

- All models must be placed in cotton bags before putting them in the washing machine but it is always better to wash them by hand gently in cold water, avoiding rubbing the fabrics directly;

- If you really want to use the washing machine, the studs without fabric personalization can be washed at 30 degrees, preferably with quick washes, the personalized fabrics with fabric must be washed with "hand" washing mode in cold water with max 600-800 turns of centrifuge;

- To clean footwear treated with neoprene adhesives or applied fabrics, it is recommended to use cold water, liquid neutral soaps followed by an abundant but quick rinse. Avoid, if possible and as always, washing in the washing machine;

- the silk personalized items absolutely must not touch water, they must be cleaned only with a sponge, cold water and neutral hand soap. Avoid immersion and do not dry in the sun or near heat sources (radiators);

- FOR ANY CLEANING OR WASHING OR CONTACT WITH LIQUIDS, dry them completely and immediately or as soon as possible with the hairdryer from inside to avoid accumulation of water inside the studs. Until completely dry. This is in all cases of contact with water or liquids as mentioned;

For better maintenance of our products, a delicate wash is recommended. It is recommended not to proceed with the dryer but also using a traditional hairdryer, or in the air, not in the sun, and away from heat sources.
