Shipping Policy

EV8 SoCal is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience e in the shortest time possible. 

All sneakers are original, personalized and customized by our team of artists.

Shipping labels are generated via UPS and boxes are typically shipped 2 to 7 business days after ordering, depending on the shoe model you choose.

As soon as the shipping label is generated, the UPS courier will notify you via email and, subsequently, always via email, you will receive all updates until delivery.
From the moment you receive the tracking number, you can track the package via the UPS website.

DELIVERY

For all orders, shipping times range from 2 to 7 business days, and delivery will occur within 2 days after the package leaves our office. It may take longer during promotional periods and holidays, but we are generally very careful to meet the communicated timeline.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your label is created and your order is shipped.

CANCELLATIONS

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time.  We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.
